SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days.
Delivery within the Netherlands takes approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch.
For international orders, delivery may take 5–10 business days depending on the destination country.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
NOIRÉ Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase from NOIRÉ Atelier.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
To request a return, please contact us at info@noireofficial.nl with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
